High pressure heater's knowledge

Working principle of high pressure heater:

The high-pressure superheated steam extracted from the steam engine first enters the "superheated steam heating section" of the heater, flows along the "S" type pipe, and conducts convection heat loss to the water supply in the "U" type pipe. The cooled steam then enters the "saturated steam condensing section" to continue the condensation heat exchange with the water supply. Finally, it gradually becomes hydrophobic after entering the "hydrophobic cooling section" for heat exchange. The temperature is greatly reduced, and most of the heat is used to heat the feed water. After the feed water is heated in the "U" shaped pipe, it is mixed into the upper heater or the economizer. The normal drain flows to the lower heater through the step by step flow mode, and the emergency drain flows directly to the condenser drain expansion vessel.

 

High plus structure features:

1. The heater is generally divided into shell side working space and tube side working space. On the side of the shell, that is, the steam working space is divided into three areas by the partition board: "superheated steam heating section", "saturated steam condensing section" and "hydrophobic cooling section", among which the channel is "S" type to strengthen the disturbance and heat transfer.

2. The water side working space is composed of inlet chamber, "U" shaped pipe and outlet pipe, and the end of the water chamber is provided with a manhole door for maintenance.

3. The heater is equipped with an automatic regulation device for normal and emergency drainage. The normal drainage of the heater adopts the step by step flow mode, and the accident drainage is directly drained to the condenser drain expansion vessel.

4. A safety valve is designed on the steam side and water side of the heater to protect the heater.

5. The heater is also equipped with three maglev water level switches, which are used to send alarm and close the extraction steam electric valve.
