Operating rules for shell and tube heat exchangers

1. Check before starting:

1.1.Confirm that the instrument and other safety accessories are complete, complete, sensitive and accurate.

1.2.Confirm that the foundation, the base should be intact, no tilt, subsidence, cracks and other phenomena.

1.3.Confirm that each part of the connection bolts, anchor bolts tightly, no rust, in line with technical requirements.

1.4.Confirm that pipelines, pipe fittings, valves, pipe racks and other installation is reasonable, firm and complete, marked clearly, in line with requirements.

2. Start operation

2.1.Open the heat exchanger low-temperature water vent valve, slowly open the heat exchanger low-temperature water outlet valve, when the air is drained, close the heat exchanger vent valve, slowly open the heat exchanger low-temperature water inlet valve, until the heat exchanger runs normally.

2.2.Open the heat exchanger high temperature water vent valve, slowly open the heat exchanger high temperature water outlet valve, when the air is drained, close the heat exchanger vent valve, slowly open the heat exchanger high temperature water inlet valve, until the heat exchanger runs normally.

3. Shutdown operation

3.1.Slowly close the heat exchanger high temperature water outlet valve, cooling to low temperature water temperature, slowly close the heat exchanger high temperature water inlet valve.

3.2.Slowly close the heat exchanger low temperature water outlet valve after cooling to room temperature slowly close the heat exchanger low temperature water inlet valve.

3.3.Emergency stop operation, first close the high temperature water outlet and inlet valve, open the pressure relief valve, and then open the vent valve, until the pressure is "0" : close the low temperature water outlet and inlet valve, open the pressure relief valve, and then open the vent valve, until the pressure is "0".

4. Maintenance

Maintenance according to the requirements of "cross operation" maintenance.

5. Precautions

5.1.When the equipment is single or the system is shut down, the cooling and pressure reduction of the heat exchanger must be carried out slowly in strict accordance with the operating procedures. It is not allowed to remove, tighten bolts or replace other accessories when the container is under pressure.

5.2.When parking in winter, all media in the equipment should be cleared to prevent frost damage to the equipment.The heat exchanger must have an operating license before inspection and repair.

5.3.When working in the container, the relevant safety regulations of the tank should be strictly observed. The flashlight or rechargeable flashlight should be used for lighting in the heat exchanger, and the lighting voltage outside the heat exchanger should not be higher than 36V.

The scaffolding, safety net and lifting device used for maintenance shall comply with the relevant safety regulations
