The daily maintenance methods of plate heat exchanger mainly include the followings:

1.Periodic inspection:

1.1.Check the appearance of the heat exchanger every week or every month to see if there is leakage, deformation, corrosion and other conditions.

2.Clean surface:

4.Prevent overtemperature and overpressure:

4.1.Strictly control the working temperature and pressure of the heat exchanger, so that it does not exceed the design allowable value.

4.2.For example, the installation of safety valves and temperature sensors for over-temperature and over-pressure protection.

5.Media management:

5.1.Filter the media entering the heat exchanger to remove impurities that can cause clogging and damage.

5.2.Regularly test the composition and nature of the medium to prevent the corrosive medium from causing damage to the heat exchanger.

6.Seal maintenance:

6.1.Check the condition of the gasket regularly, and replace it in time if it is aging or damaged.

6.2.Make sure the seal is good to prevent fluid leakage.

7.Shutdown maintenance:

7.1.When the machine is shut down for a long time, the medium inside the heat exchanger should be emptied to prevent the residual medium from causing corrosion.

7.2.Perform anti-corrosion treatment on the heat exchanger, such as applying anti-rust oil.

8.Training and practice:

8.1.Train the operators to ensure that they are familiar with the operation procedures and precautions of the heat exchanger.

8.2.Start, stop and run adjustment in strict accordance with the operation manual.

9.Records and archives management:

9.1.Establish maintenance record files, record each maintenance content, time and found problems.

9.2.It is easy to analyze the fault law and make more effective maintenance plan.
