Recently, Shandong Beichen and Dajia Town Property held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony on the smart city construction project of Xinxing City, 13th Division. Wang Gengqi, deputy director of Xinxing City, 13th Division, Wu Zhong, deputy director of the Finance Bureau and deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Zhai Jiaqi, deputy director of the Comprehensive Business Department of Shandong Provincial Office in Xinjiang, and Jin Zhe, chairman of Shandong Beichen Group, attended the signing ceremony. The cooperation between the two parties is the beginning and breakthrough of leading economic and social systemic changes through the green and low-carbon development of energy and electricity. This signing marks that the cooperation between the two parties will enter a new stage of development.

Deputy Teacher Wang said that the signing ceremony marked a substantial and crucial step in the construction of a smart city in Xinxing City, the 13th Division. The signing of this contract marks the official opening of a win-win cooperation between Shandong Beichen and the 13th Division in the areas of new energy, clean heating, incremental distribution network and smart city construction. At the same time, it is hoped that Shandong Beichen will play a leading role in smart cities and new energy management, and work with Dajia Property to accelerate the implementation of cooperation projects and jointly create a model for smart city energy management in the northwest.

Mr. Jin first expressed his gratitude to the Shandong Provincial Office in Xinjiang for the arrival of the Zhai Office and his party, and thanked the leaders of the Office in Xinjiang for providing an exchange platform for the cooperation between the two parties, so that the cooperation between the two parties can be implemented smoothly. At the same time, the 13th Division, as the fulcrum of the Silk Road and the gateway to the east of the border, is the pioneer of national energy development. Shandong Beichen and Dajia Property have complementary advantages, information sharing, mutual benefit and win-win situation. They jointly discuss a new winter heating mode in Xinxing City, and create clean heating from power supply to heating measurement, replacing all clean energy sources, thus turning Xinxing City into a "double carbon" pilot city. In the future, Shandong Beichen will set up a new energy equipment company in the local area, using the Xinxing City Smart Energy Project as the engine to further deepen all-round exchanges and cooperation in resource utilization and full-process services, and promote the development of smart energy in the entire Xinjiang and Northwest China. A new leap in strategic development.

This cooperation, centering on the dual-carbon goal proposed by the state, with the purpose of saving energy, reducing pollution, and improving environmental quality, actively promotes the development of new energy industries such as clean energy heating, new energy equipment manufacturing, and "source-network-load-storage integration" development.
