1.Working Principle

The submerged double-barrel high-voltage electrode steam boiler consists of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, the outer cylinder is directly grounded, and the inner cylinder is isolated from the outer cylinder by insulating material.
The three phase electrodes are arranged symmetrically in the inner cylinder to form zero potential and no neutral line is required. An electric current passes through a three-phase electrode to water with a set conductivity to convert electrical energy into heat energy, resulting in saturated steam that can be controlled and utilized.
The amount of boiler evaporation is controlled by the water level of the inner cylinder and the conductivity of the water.

3.System Introduction

The high voltage electrode steam boiler is composed of high voltage electrode steam boiler, feed water pump, internal circulation pump, automatic dosing device, water treatment device, deaerator, blowdown expansion vessel and control system.
The feed pump and the inlet control valve jointly control the water intake of the boiler, balance the output steam, and maintain the stability of the total storage water of the boiler. The internal circulation pump, the central regulating valve and the power, pressure and level control point linkage adjustment, to maximize the steam demand.
Load regulation range 0-100%, load fluctuation is less than 0.03MPa.
Because the boiler evaporation area is large enough and the water separation device is set, it can provide high quality steam with a dryness greater than 99.8%.
