The heat exchange unit is composed of heat exchanger, temperature control valve group, trap group (when the heat medium is steam) circulating pump, electric control cabinet, base, pipeline, valve, instrument, etc., and can be installed with expansion tank, water treatment equipment, water pump frequency control, temperature control valve, remote communication control, etc., so as to form a complete heat exchange station.

a. Usage

 

Heat exchange unit is a complete set of organic combination of heat exchange equipment, it can be steam - water, water - water heat exchange, the user only need to connect the pipeline and power supply can be used. This series of units are widely used in residential, institutions, schools, factories, mines, hospitals, hotels and other occasions of heating, bathing and air conditioning system.

2, the system water supply using water protection unit automatic water supply, pressure regulation.

4. The main equipment of the heat exchange unit adopts famous brand products. Under the design condition, the heat exchange unit has stable load, low noise, reliable performance and almost no maintenance.

 

c. Selection instructions

1, the product is suitable for residential, institutions, schools, factories, mines, hospitals, hotels and other occasions of heating, bathing and air conditioning system.

2, the type of heat transfer can be divided into steam - water, water - water two.

3, the double circulation pump system is normal for a pump to work, a pump standby

4. A relatively independent control operation room should be set aside to install the control cabinet.

5, the heat exchange unit is not insulated when leaving the factory.
